Eduardo Porfírio, an architect with a great experience in residential projects, has created three new models of houses that will enhance the urban environment of CORTE-REAL NATURE & SPORTS RESORT. In harmony with the existing landscape and urbanistic structure, he developed these 3 new projects - all with private swimming pool, where Design, Comfort and Functionality are the "pillars" of promoting the wellbeing of new resident families.
The houses are named according to the main existing trees as, Casa das Oliveiras, Casa dos Sobreiros and Casa dos Pinheiros, thus recognizing the exceptional importance to the health and wellbeing of the residents offered by the magnificent forest that occupies half the area of the development. The construction will be directed by Engineer Orlando Simões dos Santos, responsible for numerous projects throughout Lisbon and Algarve regions, especially the "Parque Hotel" in Montijo, the "Cabovisão Headquarters" building on the A2 in Palmela and the apartment buildings “Apartmentos Portiférias" in Alvor.
